This is by far the best cordless handheld vacuum I have ever had! I bought it so that the kids can help get those crumbs for me. They love it. Wall mounted and easy to use, empty and put back. Love the color as well - no black, brown or grey for us! No regrets on this purchase - super powerful suction and I love the built in design of the tip. This is for quick clean ups of crumbs and dust bunnies in those hard to reach spots. This dustbuster does a good job picking up cat litter and crumbly spills here and there--short jobs. When finished I hang it on the wall hanger and plug it in. I like the little plug and the indicator light which tells me it's plugged in and charging. (Sometimes my old buster didn't slide into the hook-up holder just right, which was annoying because you didn't know it until the next time you wanted to use it.)It's too loud for my preference, but if you want more pick-up, more noise must be the thing. (Not an engineer, and haven't tried all dustbusters available--didn't want to spend that much time.) It's easy to empty. (Make sure you are over the trashcan before pushing the button to empty it.) Be gentle on the filter and maybe you won't have to replace it for a very long time. (I never replaced the filter on our previous dustbuster. It was at least 20 years old, maybe more.) Just because all of our products are now made in Malaysia, or Timbuktu or wherever, do they have to be designed there also, by people who wouldn't use them if they could?Sure, this unit has powerful suction. But ergonomically speaking, it leaves me wishing that my two year old B&D dustbuster with the dead battery was still kicking. Here are a few of the features that I found disappointing. -No convenient charging cradle. Included is a wall-mounted hook which I won't use. Each time I finish using the vac, rather than just slip it into its cradle (with one hand) and see the charging light come on, I must reach down and retrieve the end of the charger's wire and plug it in (using two hands). I preferred to NOT wall mount all of my dustbusters because they all died sooner than later, and I didn't want my wall to look like a pincushion.
